Version description:
- Includes a 12"x12" insert with pictures, liner notes and lyrics.
- Album title printed as "Reqviem" on the front cover, and as "Requiem" on the vinyl labels.
- Track 01 listed as "Intro - Requiem" on the back cover, and as "Intro / Requiem" on the face A vinyl label.
- Although Alejandro Saldarriaga is credited as an active member of the band at that time as a guitarist, the insert says in Spanish: "Alejandro Saldarriaga, for reasons beyond his control, could not participate in the recording of this LP."
